Body Scrubs
Therapeutic Benefits

Our scrubs are made with a base of either salt, sugar, oatmeal, or coffee.

Salt scrubs are more abrasive than sugar scrubs. The minerals in salt scrubs help to promote your circulation, reduce inflammation, act as a detoxifying agent, and help your muscles relax. If you are looking for an invigorating scrub, then salt is your choice.

Sugar scrubs help to rejuvenate and revitalize your skin.

Coffee-based scrubs are excellent at removing dead skin cells, reducing cellulite, and slowing down signs of aging.

Oatmeal scrubs are ideal for people with sensitive skin and help prevent acne. Oats absorb excess oil and leave you with soft, polished skin.

The oil adhesive in our scrubs is one of the following: coconut, almond, jojoba, or grapeseed. Coconut oil contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties; if applied after sun exposure, it’s beneficial to your skin.

Sweet almond oil helps to soothe and soften your skin. It contains Zinc, Omega-3 fatty acids, along with vitamins A and E.

Jojoba oil is an excellent hydrator, soothing, and balancing. It is hypoallergenic, high in antioxidant properties, and good for skin breakouts.

Grapeseed oil has anti-inflammatory properties, is antimicrobial with high antioxidant properties.

We use a variety of essential oils in our scrubs that provide therapeutic benefits.

Rose oil is anti-inflammatory and provides relief for both stress and menstrual cramps.

Lavender helps to relieve anxiety, aid with sleep, and can promote your wounds to heal.

Frankincense contains anti-inflammatory properties and has been used to treat arthritis, cancers, asthma, and improve stomach functions.

Orange essential oil is an immune and energy booster, antibacterial agent, helps with both depression and anxiety while it also reduces inflammation.

Pineapple essential oil is loaded with vitamin C, can strengthen skin, hair, and nails. It’s also an anti-aging agent and can help with your blood flow.

Chamomile essential oil has been used for centuries for digestive upsets, wound healing, anxiety relief, easing skin conditions like eczema, and promoting sleep.

Ylang ylang essential oil has a relaxing sedative effect, has been shown to reduce both blood pressure and your heart rate. It also has stress-relieving and antidepressant properties.

Hibiscus essential oil is high in citric acid, making it especially useful to people suffering from acne or enlarged pores. It helps exfoliate your complexion by breaking down protein bonds between your dead and living skin cells to allow your dead cells to shed.

Ginger root oil extract has been used medicinally for thousands of years. It has natural anti-inflammatory properties and is believed to awaken vitality and stimulate your body. Ginger promotes hair growth by increasing circulation to your scalp. It also helps combat dandruff. Ginger is also known to reduce cellulite due to its ability to increase blood circulation and can also reduce the appearance of scars.

Plumeria essential oil benefits extend far beyond its popular and lovely fragrance. It is a rich source of lignin used to keep your skin supple but firm. It also contains both antioxidants and antibacterial properties, which aid in reducing your skin tissue damage. The glycosides in plumeria flowers help support an important part of your skin's connective tissue.
